Group Header - Page Break if data does not fit.

How do I force a group header to print on the next page if there is not
enough room for any data records for the group on the page? I don't
want a group header with no data at the bottom of the page since i am
printing the group header again on subsequent page(s). Thanks

Take a look at the following example of hiding the group header if it is an
orphan at the end of a page.
