ACCESS VIOLATION doing a rap compile

Hello,
I am using Delphi 7 and RB 10.04. I have the same code (exe) running on
an XP Pro machine and a Windows 2000 server. Using the same report, I
can compile the Rap code using a right click...compile on the XP machine
but not on the 2000 Server machine. The code is a compiled exe with no
problems in the past before the upgrade to 10.04. Is there a new dll I
need. Not every report builder report has the access violation problem.

Additional info. When even starting a new report, first thing I do is
add a label to the detail band. When I right click that label and try
to autosize it, I get the AV. Any patches for something like this?

sounds like a bad install.
