Can't install demo for Delphi 7

I cannot install the rbPro7d demo (pro version) for Delphi 7. Upon
execution, the installation program freezes at 90% and then sits there
indefinitely. I must use task manager to get rid of it. I have
downloaded another copy just in case the first download was corrupted
but this does not fix the problem. Has anyone had this problem?

RB 10.05 has a new RB TeeChart Package builder utility that is run from the
installation script. A few customers have reported that it is failing - we
do not yet know why. Below are directions for working around this issue.

- run the install and de-select the TeeChart option. (The files will still
be installed).

- access RBuilder\TeeChart\ReadMe.doc and follow the directions for running
the RB TeeChart Package builder utility.

- If the utility does not succeed, then use the command prompt to run the
.bat file that is created in the appropriate RBuilder\TeeChart\
subdirectory.
