Floating point overflow
Hi,
One of our customer has a problem printing to one of their printers, all
printers work fine except for one HP Color LaserJet 2600n. When printed to
this printer from a client a floating point overflow occurs, this only
happens when printed from the client, printing from the server works just
fine! (The printer is connected to the USB port) The printing fails on
several clients.
The printer has the latest drivers and reinstalling them on both the server
and the clients has no effect...
Their setup:
- Our application using Report Builder 10.04
- A server hosting the HP Color LaserJet 2600n connected to a USB port (I do
not know the OS of the server at this point...)
- An XP client with SP2 installed on which the remote printer is installed.
Hope you might have some usefull tips or tricks!
Thanks in advance,
Mark Wittens
