Unicode and UTF8 support

Are Unicode and UTF8 suported by Report Builder?

If not, are there any plans to include this support on future versions? And
when would this happen?

Unicode support is something that we would like to add to a future release.
We are researching what is required to add it.

We had hoped that by now, the VCL would be Unicode based, but that has not
happened. Though Codegear has indicated that they will add Unicode support
to the VCL.
