?Is there a way of send the output of a report into 1 column and not to 1
row

    - You can use the Layout tab of the File | PageSetup dialog to define
    newspaper column style printing.

    - however, your example shows Order, Date, Value which I assume are
    datafield values from the same record. In a report layout you can place the
    dbText either side by side or one below the other. The report wizard has an
    option for this.

    - you can also print labels, see the report label wizard.
