RTM Translation (repost)

Hi, we have a project with about 50 report builder reports. We are trying to
reduce the size of the executable so we ar thinking about using external RTM
files.

How can we translate them? We are currently using korzh localizer which
deals with resourcestrings.

The .rtm format is the same as the .dfm format (ReportBuilder leverage
Delphi's TComponent streaming architecture)

I know Sisulizer supports RB (see link) and I think it would not be
difficult for korzh localizer to also support RB.
