Preprinted Forms and PDF

Hi All

I have a report (invoice) that I want to print on a pre-printed form or send
as PDF attachment.
When emailing, I want to include the background form that looks the same as
the pre-printed form.
Do I need to draw all the lines, headers and logos and then tern the
visibility on/off or is there an easier way?

    - use a PageStyle for the background, then set PageStyle.Visible to
    true/false.

    - to add a page style, select Report | PageStyle from the designer menu.
    Size the band to be a little less than the page height. Then add the
    backgroun elements.
