ReportBuilder includes a RichText component. It is possible to save a word document to .rtf format and then load and view it in a TppRichText component inside a report.
If you are looking to export an entire report to Word (RTF), you can do so using a third party export tool such as ExtraDevices or Gnostice. See the links below.
