• I'm looking to generate feedback on screen for the user. Some of the
  reports take a couple of minutes to generate/send and the app looks like it
  dies. The prtint dialog showing "Printing page 53..." works well for this.

  Pixelformat to pf1bit and the pixels per inch to 66, deleting these settings
