Problems on Rotated Labels

edited June 2001 in General
Hello, I'm using RB 5.56 Standard.

When I use a Rotated Label
everything is fine on screen but
when I send it to the printers
the label is printed above
the initial position.

I tested on HP 2100 and the label is about 75mm
above the initial position, using an Epson Stylus
color 1250 the label is about 30mm above.

Thanks in advantage.

PS: I would like to sugest that this feature
should me supported by RB.

Our printers here print the rotated label without any problem. Try
installing the latest printer driver as a first step.

    Hello Jim,

I'm using the lastest printer driver on both printers
HP 2100M and Epson Stylus 1520 but the problem
    stills.

    I bought the TExtraDevices component US$ 50,00
as digital-metaphors sugested, but the RotatedLabel
is not rotate when I generate a PDF or JPG file with the report.

    Thanks for the help.
