TppViewer and MouseWheel support on RB 14

Hi,

I am trying to use Form.OnMouseWheel event to adjust the
TppViewer.ScrollBox.VertScrollBar.Position property.

However, the TppViewer.ScrollBox is nil when I access the ScrollBox
property.

This problem doesn't happen in previous version of ReportBuilder.

    Hi,

    The TppScrollbox has been replaced by the TppScrollablePaintBox for RB
    14 to support multi-page scrolling. See the ppScrollBox.pas for the source.

    Viwer.ScrollablePaintBox.VerticalScrollBar
