Passing autosearchcriteria between datastreams

Hello,

I have created a report with 2 supreports, the report contains the turnover
per debitor, the first supreport the turnover for a debitor per article
group and the third the turnover per article for a debitor in a
articlegroup.
I have to be able to ask the periode so I have a autosearch criteria
"Documentdate is between" in order to print the right date I now have to put
the autosearche criteria on eache of the 3 datastreams, is it possible to
pass the inkeyed date from one stream to another?

Hi Rob,

Ideally you would want these datasets linked in a master detail relationship
so any search condition created for the master would be automatically passed
to the detail(s). It is possible to create a single autosearch value for
multiple queries in ReportBuilder however. Take a look at the following
article.

RB 11 adds new features that enable this to be accomplish without writing
any code. The query search criteria can bound to report parameters. The
report parameters can be designated as AutoSearch. In this way you can have
one autosearch that supports any number of queries.
