You can use the various page events such as Report.OnStartPage or Viewer.PageChange to determine when a page has been changed.
Note that if you are having issues with calculations remaining consistent, I suggest first trying to set the Report.CachePages property to True and see if that helps.

There is currently no built-in procedure or property to determine whether the user is paging forward or backward through the report. Thanks for the feedback, we will consider this for the future.
