Changing extension when Printing to file
Hi,
When using the PrintToFile option of the PrintDialog it is not possible
for the user to change the extension of the resulting file. The dialog
always changes it back to the defaultextension of the selected filetype.
In my opinion this is not rthe corect behaviour of a DEFAULT extension,
but more like a MANDATORY extension.
We have users that want to change the extension because that will make
it easier for them to open the resulting file in another application.
- Are there plans to change this behaviour?
- What would be the easiest way to override this behaviour, as it is
firmly hardcoded in the events of the PrintDialog
Thanks
