Now, what I am trying to do is to position my rotated white text on a red right-angled triangle horizontal to the angled side which I can do if I add a red triangle bitmap to an image placeholder (I can't seem to be able to draw a triangle using the RB tools).
However... I would like to have the triangle and text on the top of another image, which I can also do.... but the other half of the square placeholder for the red triangle is of course empty and displays white over the main image which I do not want...If I make the placeholder transparent, I am almost there but the red triangle is also transparent of course which I do not want.!
Is there a way around this?
If there was a way to simply draw a red triangle in ReportBuilder like you can a square, circle or oblong I would be away....but I can't see how to even though the graphic on the RB toolbar shows a triangle.

You can set the Angle property of the DBText component to control the
rotation.

Thanks for any pointers

Triangles can be drawn in RB using angled lines or manually using the
TppPaintBox component.
For more information about the PaintBox component, take a look at the
following article/example.
