Group footer and PreventOrphans

If there is no room for the group footer to print at the bottom of the page,
the last detail is repeated on the top of the next page before the group
footer. Is this how it is supposed to work? (I though it would simply move
the last detail to the next page?)

If possible, please send a simple example of this we can run on our
machines that demonstrates the behavior and we'll take a look at it for you.

This can be recreated with demo report #18: Simply activate PreventOrphans,
and set the height of the Detail band to "0.5".
