Upgraded To 16.03 - Can't Open RTM

Hi,

I upgraded from 10.xx to 16.03 (D7). I'm trying to open a RTM file and
I'm getting a message "A Component named ppDesignLayers1 already exist
in descendant module". I notice another instance of ppReport has been
created. I double click it and the report appears to open but when I
try to save it I get and Access Violation in 'rbRTL167.bpl'. Not sure
what could be causing this but I would appreciate any ideas.
