Current (rb7) end user help file and manual

I posted this in an old thread and I think it got lost so I am posting
again directly.

The current LearnRB.exe on the web site is dated (3.34MB - 08/10/00)
does this mean it never got updated?

We really need current (rb7 - data linking, report outline, RAP,
expanded sub report explanation perhaps etc.) end user help files and
documentation.

Is there an updated version available or soon to be available?

We've updated the PDF that is included in the installation of RB 7. The exe
on the website was updated to include DADE Visual Linking, but after that it
has not been updated. The exe includes an application that can be run in
order to build examples using RB. You can use the exe and the latest PDF to
run through the tutorials.
