Variation of Cover Page won't work

In the cover page demo in the ReportBuilder Tutorial you can add a Report
Summary that prints on its own page, telling the Header and Footer to *not*
PrintOnLastPage, effectively creating an ending page(s) with unique
formatting. In our application-integrated version of ReportBuilder this will
not work. If you tell either the Header or the Footer to PrintOnLastPage
then it will work, but if both are told not to PrintOnLastPage then the
Summary won't print at all.

Any suggestions?

Works fine in tests here using ReportBuilder 7. What version are you using?
May I email you my test project and you can send it back with any changes to
show the problem? Perhaps there is something else I'm missing that you've
added.
