BDE Alias setzen
We have different Oracle databases. The connectivity engine is the BDE.
Now we have designed some reports and want to copy these reports to the
other database. This is not the problem, but if we open the report via
another BDE alias name we get an error message, because he want to use the
"old" bde alias.
Therefore how can we set the BDE alias programmatically?
Either from programmed call and if we open it through the explorer?
Thanks for any hint.

templates to use the new datasettings that they should use. Your templates
are most likely saved in binary format. Use this demo to open the binary
template as ascii text and edit it and save it back down. Then test to see
if this cures you problem.
