How can I have different Session Types in the selection Dropdown of
SessionType Property of TppDesigner?

At design time you need to install the DADE plugin which is a Delphi design
time pacakge. These are located in the RB end user demos directory for your
specific database vendor. The BDE, ADO and IBExpress plugins are installed
by default. At runtime, include the DADE plugin source unit, such as daADS,
daDOA, daDBISAM, etc... See the controlling the end user environment in the
tech-tips newsgroup in the end user thread for more informatin, or check out
our help file on the TroubleShooting contents topic as well.
