Group totals by week, month, year, etc...

Hi,

In the end user designer (version 6) I have some users that would like
to create totals by week, month, year. Users who were previously using
Crystal reports simply selected a date field, and Crystal report would
ask if the should group, "for each week", or "two weeks", "half month",
"quarter", "half year", and "year".

Is it possible to do such grouping with the end-user designer in RB, and
if so, how?

Yes, create calculated fields on the dataview in DADE, and then order the
dataset by one of those calc fields so that the group will work correctly.
Many of the RB crosstab demos show how to create calculated fields on Year
and Month in DADE..
