Hi,
how can I use my own master in ReportBuilder to create reports?
Do I have to create a subreport or can I include it in the assistant?

One way is to create a report template that is a master. Then your users can
load that template from file or database. You could code the
Report.Template.OnNew event to listen to see when a user wanted to create a
new report, then you could always load a template for them to start with.
You could also add a custom report wizard that simply creates a report
template. Here is an example:
