is there any possibility to use sql statements in the calc workspace?

Hi Claudia,

You can set a query object's SQL in RAP if you want to. What are you trying
to do with this SQL? If you want to get some information for the report and
ask for some parameters at runtime, then create a new lookup dataview and
create criteria fields on it which are set to be autosearch. RB will update
the SQL automatically to retrieve the proper dataset after the autosearch
dialog closes.
