Where can I find a Help file tailored to the End User?

I have heard there may be a help file available for the End User without all
the Technical references to Delphi Components etc for Developers
(RBuilder.hlp).

Where may I get my hot little hands on this?

of the Learning ReportBuilder : End User Guide
