Don't show some bands in designer

Hi,

I have a report and a designer.
My customers want to use the designer to modify my reports.
Now, I have labels,memo's, ... but that the user can't change some
things. The user can change the header and other things but not my
detail or something else.
How must i do that ?
Is there a security or something ?
What is the easy way to do that ?

Sorry but there is no way to prevent the user from changing only certain
aspects of the report.
