Stretch Compoent - Property StopPosition Question?

Create New Component which descend from tppDbRichText and
add protected property StopPosition as Published. It seens work correctly.
Is there any reason why DM didn't add this property to all TppStretchable
component and only add to tppsubreport?

We probably never thought of the usefullness of this property outside the
context of subreports.
