Tab PageLayer before Forground

Hello,

I have a problem in some reports. Normaly, the tab foreground
DesignLayer is shown before the tab PageLayer. But in some reports, the
order of the tab is different. There the Pagelayer is shown before the
tab foreground. If I open in the enduser designer these reports, it
shows first the pagelayer (and not the foreground).

But I found no property to change this. The Designlayers have a property
OrderIndex, but I can't change this. If I set a value in this property
it is changed back as I leave the field.

Any ideas?

No ideas? If I am adding a new pagelayer and delete then this pagelayer
(the first pagelayer is deleted, too). If I load the report in the
designer again, the forground pagelayer is the first pagelayer again and
all works fine.
But what happens between previous RB and the RB 14? is there a way for
me, programmatically to fix this?

Sorry for not responding to your original post, I missed it somehow.

There is patch available for RB 14.05 that can load the old reports and
automatically correct them at load time.
