ExtraDevices Excel Question

I'm using D5, RB6.03 and TExtraDevices.

I have a desire to export reports to Excel files using TExtraDevices but I
have some questions.

Where do I turn off printing the page footer?
How can I print the page header just once at the start of the report? Do I
just move the header data to a title band?
How do I change the report length to continuous so that the only breaks are
the report subtotal breaks?

    The easiest way to enable this is to change the page size of
    the report right before printing to Excel. That way you only get
    on header and no page breaks. This would mean setting it to
    some value larger than the number of pages. If you do not
    know how many pages prior to printing, you can disable the
    footer bands prior to printing and disable the header after
    printing it once.

    I wish it could be easier but the device is not told know which
    band the object is on so I cannot selectively turn these off/on.
