Preview report from a stream

Hi there

I just wondering if it is possible to view a report that has been saved to a
stream?

I have read quite abit about saving reports to streams, but cant find
anything about reading the stream back to a report, to therefore view in the
preview window.

To clarify, I mean the whole report, not just the template etc.
