RB 14.04 problem with TmyDBCheckBox and PDF

Since version 14.04 the checkmark does not show correctly in PDF generation.
There were no problems in v14.02.

There is a patch available for RB 14.04 that solves this issue. Send an
email to support@digital-metaphors.com to receive the patch.
