Multiple Groups - headers

I have a report that contains multiple groups. When the first group makes a
break at the bottom of the page the header prints both on the bottom of the
page and at the top of the next page. I have tried every possible
combination of the group settings check boxes. Is there a piece of RAP code
that will force the header not to print at the bottom of the page?

Try setting the 'New Page when less than' value in the Group dialog. This
forces the group header to the next page when the space available at the
bottom of the page is less than the given amount...
