How to show page number supposed to be generate in the report using rap script so that i could get this page number and using it to control the pages i need to print on preview ?
You can create a RAP pass through function to work like the main reports demo #124 which prints a list of pages. There are demos in the RBuilder\Demos\RAP directories on creating RAP pass through functions to help you out.
