Can RAP stop report from Displaying?

I am guessing this will be an easy question. I want to prompt the user with
a custom form in the GlobalOnCreate event. What is the method call to stop
the preview screen from being displayed?

No, you can't stop the report from creating the intended output device
iniside of RAP. RAP executes when the report is generating for a device.
RAP's design is such that is is specifically for manipulating the report as
it is generating. You'll have to make the chioce whether or not to show the
preview screen before you call Report.Print by selectively calling
Report.Print.
