How to force the number of printed details?

I was sure, that there was a thread with something like that, but I can?t
rember the title. Sorry, if I aks somethink already answered.

D6 SP2 RB6 Enterprise

I have a report with a group defined by a database field. I know, that the
number of details will be less than 7. I want my report to have always 7
line detail lines.

Can this be done solely by RAP?

Another approach woul be to have the correct rows in the select-statement,
but I would prefer a RAP based solution.

Here is the FillPageWithLines tip implemented to work in RAP, along with
some other PTF to help create draw commands in RAP:)
