RBPRINT.DFT not found... What does this mean?

I am using dependency walker on my app and it keeps coming up with these
messages:

00:00:10.907: LoadLibraryExA("rbPrint.dft", 0x00000000,
LOAD_LIBRARY_AS_DATAFILE) returned NULL by thread 1. Error: The specified
resource name cannot be found in the image file (1814).
00:00:10.953: LoadLibraryExA("rbPrint.dft", 0x00000000,
LOAD_LIBRARY_AS_DATAFILE) called from "c:\depwalk\IGORD01.EXE" at address
0x004FA666 by thread 1.
00:00:10.985: LoadLibraryExA("rbPrint.dft", 0x00000000,
LOAD_LIBRARY_AS_DATAFILE) returned NULL by thread 1. Error: The specified
resource name cannot be found in the image file (1814).
00:00:11.032: LoadLibraryExA("rbPrint.dft", 0x00000000,
LOAD_LIBRARY_AS_DATAFILE) called from "c:\depwalk\IGORD01.EXE" at address

    Hello Iowa, hello America,

    this is a ReportBuilder NG and not a 'dependency walker' NG.

    the language resource file 'rbPrint.dft' should be located in your Windows
    system directory (default language).

    i see a rbprint.cst in my system dir. on my 2000 server, but I don't see a
    rbprint.dft anywhere?

    The rb*.dft files are language resource modules that are installed in
    cases in which English is NOT the default langauage.
