V6.01 BPLs

Hi,
This is kind of a complaint: We do compiling with run time packages, and I
noticed that the bpls that came with v6.01 have the same name & The same
version number as the old ones.

For some reason this will require us to change our update utilities to
guarantee a smooth transition for the customers.

My request is that you please at least advance the version number from
1.0.0.0

We have never changed the version when we build the packages. It's always
been 1.0.0.0. We can certainly look into updating the version number when
we build. Thanks for the suggestion.
