6.01 Install Problem ?

When running my app for the first time under 6.01 I get a compilation error

"Unit ppRptExp was compiled with a different version of
ppExpFrm.TppReportExplorerForm".

As I had been installing TExtraDevices I uninstalled Report Builder and then
re-installed but the problem still remains.

Advice greatly appreciated

I'd say you have some lingering RB source. See the tech-tips newsgroup in
the installation thread there is an article describing cleaning up a corrupt
an installation.

Get RB working with our demos first, then build your app, then recompile
TExtradevices for 6.01. There is an article on recompiling TExtradevices in
the Formats and Devices thread of the tech-tips newsgroup.

Thanks for advice.

My application included a couple of your forms that I had customised
slightly, replaced these with your latest, applied mods and I am away.
