Adding a field to the DBPipeLine fields editor.

How can I add a field to a DBPipeline field list, if it is already connected
to a ttable source and I have added a new field in the ttable.
The DBPipeline is not automatically updated, and the 'Add' in the dbPipeline
fields editor does not show me the list of new fields.

Close the form down and then reopen it. The new field should show up in the
list if Pipeline.AutoCreateFields is true.
