Changing tabs changes form
Create a report with subreports. Save the form. Go into the designer
and resize it so you can see the Delphi IDE. Change tabs to a
subreport. Watch Delphi's Save icon become enabled.
This is annoying, because you can't examine an existing report without
changing the form. (Yes, you can close it without saving it, but it
shouldn't change the form in the first place!)
If you think this is nit-picking, try spending a few days going back
and forth from one report to another.

Comments
when switching to the subreport such that Delphi thinks it is a change.
We'll have to research this and put it on the ToFix list. Thanks for
reporting the issue.
