More than 4 columns broken in 6.02

1. Report with a multiple subreports.
2. Each subreport has 4 columns
3. The start of the columns is offset (so static information may be printer
on the left)
4. Columns fail to print.
5. If the columns is reduced to 3 columns, then the columsn will print.

This worked in v 5.

There is a known issue with subreports with columns in the current version.
We're working on a fix, but don't have a workaround at this time.
