Background/Transparent Text

Is there a way of printing a text message, such as COPY, in the background
in a transparent manner? I thought I'd seen an example of how to do this in
the tech tips, but I sure can't find it now.

Place the text in the PageStyle band. The PageStyle band prints behind all
other bands in the report. You can resize this band to the height of the
page.
