problem when sub reports stretches to a new page
I am using report builder 4.23 pro on to create a report that has two sub
reports, one within the other. When I preview the report and click to show
the sub report everything works fine unless the subreport stretches to a new
page. In this case the part of the preview that should have the subreport is
mostly blank and the status bar message is 'Calculating page 3 for report
Report' even though the report should only be running into the second page.
The preview screen then will not close forcing me to use Ctrl-Ald-Del to
terminate the program.
Has anyone seen this kind of problem before. I have tried developing a
simple report with a sub report with just one field but to illustrate the
problem but then it does not happen. Is there a resource issue or a limit to
the amount of fields that can be put on a sub report.
Thanks in advance

subreport. What is happening in your report's event handlers? Start
removing code and calculations unti the problem goes away. I didn't see
anything in our 4.23 patches related to this. What version of Delphi are
you using? Upgrade to the latest version of RB if you have Delphi 4.
