this could be a resource problem. I guess the customer is using Win9x/ME. Encourage them to use a real OS not a toy. You can set page caching off. this may help in that scenario.
Upgrade to 6.03. There was a bug like this in 6.01. Also, if they don't have a default printer installed on their machine, they may get this error. If they don't have a default printer installed, then you can set Report.PrinterSetup.PrinterName to Screen and they won't have to have a printer installed.
