CrossTab (Data cacheing)

My report has a crosstab which works fine. However if I change one of the
parameters of the query from which the pipeline gets it's data and rerun the
report, the crosstab does not show the new results of the query, it displays
the data from the previous query run.

It's as if the crosstab is cacheing the data, even though the report has
been closed and reopened.

Here is my order of events
1. Run the query with pameter A
2. Open the report to screen preview (displays data for parameter A).
3. Close the report preview.
3. Close the query
4. Set the parameter of the query to parameter B
5. Open the query
6 Open the report to screen preview (diaplays data for parameter A).

I have tested the same procedures (with the same datasource, query,
pipelines etc) for a non-crosstab report and all is OK.

Anyone help?

    Hi Dave,

    I have had a similar problem some time ago. Open the crosstab configuration
    screen, delete the old parameter from the crosstab and drag it back onto the
    tab (which should by then be the new parameter). That should work.
