Where to get a free 7.0 upgrade

Hi,

I purchased rb Pro on august-15-2002 and upgraded to rb Enterprise on
august-19-2002.(6.03)

I want to integrate RB into my system, and want to use the 7.0 version.
My development is getting stuck beacause i dont now the difference in source
and architecture between the 6.03 version and the 7.0 version.
I am using Delphi 6.

I am trying for days to ask sales via email where i can get my free upgrade.
The only anwser i got (after sending 2 mails) is that i can purchase it
online for $429.00 ?????????????? :-(

As far as i know it is stated that purchase after july-1-2002 free upgrades
are available !!

Please help me out.

For what it's worth, my company was in a similar boat, having purchased RB 6
in the beginning of July.

Sales informed me after I emailed them that they will be sending out emails
with the download links for the free upgrade.

I talked to our sales department. You are eligble for a free upgrade. We've
sent messages to two different email address that you've sent to us, stating
that we will give you the upgrade. Check the reply address on your emails
that you send out, perhaps we are sending the messages to the wrong email
address. You should have received two messages yesterday., Did you get
those?
