Server product

Just a bit of confusion I have...
Is the Server version a completely separate beast from the Enterprise
version?
In other words if we buy the server version do we get the enterprise
version plus the bits for the server or do we need to purchase v7
enterprise *and* v7 server?

the Server version incudes the Enterprise version.
