Moving All Fields to a Subreport

Is there a quicker (and more reliable) method to moving all fields in a
detail band to a subreport than Shift-Clicking on each (multi-select) and
cutting and pasting?

I am moving about 20 single page reports to subreports to allow for printing
the backs duplexed and there's a whole lot to move with the aforementioned
method.

One way to get them there is to save the layout to a template (rtm) file.
Then go into the subreport workspace in the dsesigner and load that template
into the subreport.
