Background shape between pageheader and pagefooter in RB 6.03

I need to show a shape between the page header and pagefooter
Needs to be visible at all pages and at all bands (except page header and
pagefooter)
The report I create use subreports.
Even after the last data is printed I wanna see this shape continue till the
top of the page footer.
What's the way to do this?

adding a page style band should do it.
